Board of Directors & Management Team

The Anthos Fund & Asset Management (Anthos) Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for portfolio management and investment services, while each asset class investment team has its own Chief Investment Officer (CIO). This means there is full autonomy of investment decisions, which translates to speed, efficiency, aligned incentives as well as uncorrelated decisions across the different teams.

The Anthos Board of Directors is also responsible for maintaining a governance model that enforces strong internal control and contributes to our commitment to integrity, ethical values and operational excellence. We recognise that taking risks is part of doing business, it is even necessary to create value for clients. Nevertheless, we have taken measures to guarantee quality in both the organisation and the structure of our processes.
